How do I get started?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe (worldwide). For African traders we also support Flutterwave — including local payment methods across Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, and more.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel at any time from your Billing settings page. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period with no further charges.
Is VORTEX FX available on mobile?
Yes — the platform is fully responsive and optimised for mobile browsers. Add it to your home screen on iOS or Android for an app-like experience.
Do you offer refunds?
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the platform, contact us at support@vortexfx.app and we'll review your case. We handle refund requests fairly on a case-by-case basis.
