Terms of Service – VORTEX FX

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VORTEX FX (the "Platform"), operated by VORTEX FX ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

VORTEX FX is an AI-powered forex trading education platform that provides:

AI-generated trading signals for educational reference
An AI assistant ("SHEYLA") for trading education and market discussion
Real-time market data, technical indicators, and economic calendar information
Risk management tools and trading analysis features
Educational resources via a knowledge base

VORTEX FX is an educational platform only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other advice. All signals, analysis, and AI-generated content are for educational and informational purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. The Platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where forex trading services are prohibited by law.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Keep your password secure and not share it with others
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
Not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or free trial restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including accounts that exploit free trial limits through multiple registrations.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

VORTEX FX offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
All fees are charged in USD and are non-refundable except where required by law
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Payments are processed by Stripe (international) or Flutterwave (Africa). We do not store your payment card details. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your location.

6. Free Trial

New users receive 25 free AI assistant messages within a 7-day trial window. The free trial is available once per user. We use IP address tracking to detect and prevent abuse of the free trial through multiple account creation. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free trial access is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent ban.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform in an automated manner
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the underlying source code
Resell, sublicense, or distribute access to the Platform without our written consent
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform

8. No Financial Advice

VORTEX FX does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All signals, analysis, market data, and AI-generated content are provided for educational and informational purposes only. You should not make trading decisions based solely on information provided by this Platform. Trading forex involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

We strongly recommend consulting a licensed financial adviser before making any trading decisions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including the SHEYLA AI system, signal algorithms, knowledge base, branding, and software — is owned by or licensed to VORTEX FX and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VORTEX FX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

Trading losses incurred based on signals or AI output from the Platform
Service outages, data inaccuracies, or technical failures
Unauthorised access to your account
Any interruption or cessation of service

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that signals will be accurate, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, or that any information provided is complete or error-free.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
